Successfully completed minimum 10 years of formal education

Pass SHATEC selection interview

At least one of the following proficiency levels in English:

-Band 3.0 in IELTS
-Score of at least 25% in SHATEC English Test

Certificate in Hospitality English (3 months)

Successfully completed minimum 10 years of formal education

Pass SHATEC selection interview

At least one of the following proficiency levels in English:

-Band 4.0 in IELTS
-Score of at least 35% in SHATEC English Test

Demonstrate good foundational communication skills as required in the industry
Understand, recognise and apply quality standards to the industry
Exhibit enhanced proficiency in understanding the English Language within the hospitality sector

Students who have successfully completed the programme will be awarded a
Certificate in Hospitality English awarded by SHATEC.
