A pandemic like no other. Covid-19 has impacted industries, lives and livelihoods globally, and threatened the way businesses are conducted, and operations handled. The operational norms we have been engaging in have radically changed and we are now forced to adapt to a ‘new normal’ in the industries we serve.

This crisis has forced us all to rethink, review, reshape and redraw. Hoteliers need to rethink food security. Businesses need to review the way transactions are conducted. The notion of sustainability in hospitality has to be reshaped. The roadmap for innovation needs to be redrawn.

The SHATEC Industry Webinar 2020 seeks to help shed some insights into steps and strategies for our industry partners and stakeholders through our panel of Speakers who are experts in their field of work. So come. Join us. Hear and learn.

The objective of this Webinar is to present opportunities for hoteliers and travel organizations to join our experienced group of thought leaders in an interactive discussion on the current reality and possible pathways of working towards a post-Covid world.

This conference is tailored for hospitality, F&B & travel management staff – from General Managers to professionals; from managers to executives; human resource directors & managers; and hospitality learning and development directors, managers and executives.
