The SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP) is open to all Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents, particularly supporting mid-career professionals in developing industry-specific skills, enhancing their job prospects, and enabling transitions to different sectors or roles. It's a flexible train-and-place initiative offered on both a part-time and full-time basis, with durations ranging from 03 to 12 months.

Available Course Fees Funding:

• Baseline subsidy of up to 70% of course fees
• Enhanced funding subsidy of up to 90% of course fees for Singapore citizens aged 40 years old and above under SkillsFuture Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy

For those Singaporean citizens with greater needs, they will enjoy Additional Course Fee Funding Support of up to 95% of Course fees.

To be eligible, one has to meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Long-term unemployed individuals (unemployed for six months or more); or
• Persons with Disabilities

• Any WSQ Certificate or GCE ‘N’ Level or 1 to 2 years of experience in the hospitality or F&B industry
• Qualifications of equivalent standard may be recognised on a case-to-case basis
• Interview may apply for applicants who do not meet equivalent academic qualifications or expected duration in workplace experience
