Western Dining Etiquette & Flambé Making Workshop

To support active aging in Singapore, the Singapore Hotel Association, together with SHATEC, is offering a series of National Silver Academy short courses for seniors, aged 50 and above, to gain some new skills and bond with their grandchildren at the same time.

Overview

The 3-hour Western Dining Etiquette & Flambé Making Workshop equips participants with the necessary western dining etiquette skills and skills to make Flambé.

Participants will get to:

  • Learn basic techniques and tools of make Flambé
  • Know the basic methods and preparation
